| GT3 Gameshark Hybrids-- The Method |
| For those of you who built hybrids in GT2 with a Gameshark CDX, this will be a piece of cake, it's exactly the same. However, for those of you who have no idea what a CDX is, it's gonna be a little complicated. So, here's a little step by step tutorial on building hybrids with a Gameshark 2 or Codebreaker. --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1) Be sure to have the car you want to make into a hybrid in the top of your garage. You can do this by either winning or buying the car you want, which will put it in the top of your garage. Save your game and reset, taking out the GT3 disk. 2) Insert the Gameshark 2 memory card-looking thing and the CD for the Playstation 2. 3) Get yourself a list of basecodes and part codes. Here's the Basecodes, here's some Part Codes. Here's an explanation of Basecodes and Part Codes. 4) Choose "Gameshark Codes" and go down to Gran Turismo 3 and choose it. Choose --ADD NEW CODE-- and type in the name of the code (Viper GTS engine, etc.) Click "Done" when you are done with the name. On the next screen, type in both lines of the code, it should be pretty straightforward, just remember to click "Done" when you're done, or else all those numbers and letters you just typed in will disappear, and you'll have to do it all over again. This is how the code should look in the gameshark (with different numbers/letters of course) this is for the Viper GTS engine 1c041380 B0AC1E6A 1c041384 B62976AA 5) When you're back at the code list, be sure to make sure your new code is turned on, and press start. Choose "WITH CODES", and follow the directions. 6) Look at the car in the top of your garage. It should now have the parts you just sharked in. Congratulations, you've just made a hybrid in GT3! |
