Be assured of your salvation. "These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God." 1John 5:13
Be baptized. "Then Peter said unto them Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for remission of sins and ye shall recieve the Holy Ghost." Acts 2:38
Read your bible. "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." 2 Timothy 2:15
Devote yourself to prayer. "Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving." Collossians 4:2
Fellowship with other christians (attend a bible church). "And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in habit of doing, but let us encourage one another." Hebrews 10:24-25
Stay obedient in Christ. "For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by obedience of one shall many be made righteous." Romans 5:19
Proclaim your faith in Jesus and share about the Lord with others. "Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him I confess also before my father which is in heaven." Matthew 10:32 |
