Suzuki - the automobile company that claims that it is
normal for the reverse gear not to engage on a brand new SX4,
and recommended to drive forward instead:
"in order to engage the reverse, drive forward a couple of feet
and then try engaging the reverse."
Suzuki Corporation is NOT a customer oriented company
and their SX4 that we purchased is a piece of JUNK!
