AUDIOVISUAL ACCOMMODATIONS - Support will be available for presentations through laptops (IBM compatible) using MS PowerPoint; (35mm slide projection equipment will not be available). All presentations will be oral and will be followed by a short discussion; (no poster presentations are scheduled for this symposium). The official language for the symposium is English.
  • Please be aware and prepared to accommodate character projection differences that are being noticed on international conferences due to international incompatibilities of software and hardware.
  • You will need to bring your presentation either on a CompactDisc(CD), FloppyDisk, or any other compatible source. You may even bring your own laptop computer.
