They have also completed private placements of debt, syndicated credit facilities, as well as the issuance of over $200 million of public debt.
Industry experience includes manufacturing, retail, information technology, education, publishing, and real estate development and construction.
Mr. Alexander earned a JD from DePaul University, Illinois and his BA, cum laude from Macalester College, St. Paul, Minnesota. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate development and construction.
Ms. Alexander earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan and her BA in economics from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. She has over 20 years of experience, gained from various executive positions with IBM, Target Corporation, and AT&T, as well as non-profit board involvement.
