| The 2003 Garden State Tennis Tournament offers singles draws for NTRP 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 players for both men and women.� If there are not enough women to fill a separate draw, draws may be combined.� The tournament will combine draws if the minimum number of spots are not filled.� The minimum size for each draw is 8 players; the maximum size is 16 players.
