Junior Girl Scout Leadership Award
Offers you an opportunity to develop your leadership skills as you give service to your Girl Scout troop/group and in the community. By completing the leadership activities in this award, you will uncover the leader within you! Complete requirement #s 1-3 before starting #4.

1: Link to Leadership – Read the group
and leadership sections in the “Adventures in Girl Scouting” chapter of the
handbook. Decide what leadership
qualities you would like to develop.

Requirement
2: Succeed at Service – Develop
leadership qualities by giving service to a community, school, religious, or
Girl Scout organization. Your service
experience must total at least six hours.
