With high-pitched whines
Softly echoing
Through hollow space.

Warn others of anger
Rattling in repetitious chords
Sinking farther and deeper
Into the nighttime air.

Relate a triumph
An upbeat rhythm
With mellow voices
Dancing in the breeze.

Stir the emotions
Creating music in an open field
With one's mind 
And a guitar.
