The Cleveland Browns have a strong, faithful following in Greensboro.  In recent years, a group of die-hard fans have met at the Box Seat in Greensboro to watch our beloved Browns.  After learning about this group, newcomers Mark Hanson and Jeff Starr decided this was where they needed to be on Sundays when the Browns take the field.  More important, they saw the need to make an official home for Browns fans living in the Greensboro/ High Point region.  Starting in 2007, the Cleveland Browns Backers of Greensboro are the official Browns Backers Worldwide chapter in Greensboro.

All Browns fans are welcome to register with the club and join us for Game Watch events at the Box Seat.  Please provide your name, address, email address, and phone number so we can add you to our roster.  There are no membership dues and money for club operations will be made through fundraisers like 50/50 drawings.  The goals are to keep costs low and provide the best fan experience.

Members are always encouraged to make suggestions for the club.  This could include ideas for events (like a Browns Backers bowling day/night and/or going to watch the Greensboro Grasshoppers take on the Lake City Captains) or Browns Backers apparel (t-shits, etc).
