Pizza, wine, and ice cream that wasn't meant to be is where we left our intrepic group of nine agents. Then it was revealed that Elavia was the least liked player of the bunch, a fact she used to earn an exemption. Only semi-more liked was Myra, who was executed. Today's ep proves to be a turning point, as was touted by... well, everyone. What will happen? Get out a pencil and your case book and start piecing the puzzle, because game is on....

THE MOLE: THE NEXT BETRAYAL - Byte 7

Day 21: Lucca, Italy

Theory: the Mole is the one with either the most or the fewest exemptions. (Darwin: So you're saying Heather's the mole?)

Attached to a gnome is a message from the Mole: "I will break you."

ASSIGNMENT 1: Gnome Home

Bill, Heather, and Elavia are given heavily greased lawn gnomes and the task of taking them "home" in a three-leg relay race. Heather gets her slipie.. slipier.. slipperier gnome. Heather makes her way toward Bill. Along the way, she runs into an American tourist who takes her picture. Bill sees Heather coming along and greasing up her gnome. In Bill's leg, he must kick a goal against a woman footballer and capture a pic of it. Then he must take his gnome down the boulevard, BUT at a ramp, he breaks the gnome. Meaning, of course, they lose the money, BUT he earns an exemption. Bill blames Heather; Heather blames Bill. And the clue did say, "I will break you."

LOSS - $0 added ($236,000 total)

ASSIGNMENT 2: Gladiator

The remaining five must pick a Caesar to defend against the other four. Dorothy is chosen. That crown must stay on Dorothy's head for her to win $30,000 for the group. If it leaves, no money.

Bribs is the lucky one who chooses the Brutus helmet, meaning that he is given the chance to win an exemption from Anderson. If he kills Caesar, and hands her crown to Anderson, then he'll win an exemption.

Al's opponent draws first blood and Al is out. Meanwhile Darwin and Katie score a kill each. Three kills later, the throne is successfully defended. Bribs told the group about the exemption.

WIN - $30,000 added ($266,000 total)

Dinner. Subject: How everyone met their significant others/friends. Afterwards, it's to an upscale hotel, where the players
will have their own rooms.

ASSIGNMENT 3: LEAST FAVORITE PLAYER 2

Again with the list. This time, the players are using dollar bills. Katie still doesn't trust Elavia. Elavia still doesn't trust Katie.

EXECUTION 7: Bill has one exemption. He cannot be eliminated. The rest is fair game. But there is a twist. In the ranking, everyone's least favorite player was revealed. It is revealed that Elavia is the least-favorite  player (AGAIN). Tonight, Anderson will offer Elavia $50,000 to walk out of the game tonight. She's going to take... her cousin's legal advice and take the bribe. She leaves the game with $50,000, much to everyone's surprise. Cue scenes of her exemption offers.

But NOW, the Quiz results. Someone's going home... but not  tonight. Because Elavia took herself out of the game, the results will not be revealed.
