You know you're in for a bit of a snoozefest when CBS doesn't preface an ep with an audience discretion card. But oh well, here's the show in a nutshell.

Day 19: First thing's first... Tree Mail! In a puzzle... that we have to put together.

"Living on the island, you need the ocean to survive.
Be the first to master the sea, three more days you'll stay alive.
Can you put it all together? Huge consequence if you move too slow.
Be the last to finish, you may be the next to go."

So what are our chances of winning? With Rupert at the helm, personally... a given. "We'll win, guaranteed, if we keep our composure and we try hard." Bigger question, though, as this is day 19, the round of the traditional tribal merge, will there be an "ours" to win? Guess we'll find out at the challenge, which, in the king of all "okay, we've run out of twist ideas to keep the viewers on their seats, what do we do now?" plots, will be both a reward and an immunity challenge.

R/I-CHALLENGE: Floating Puzzle (for Immunity and a barbecue picnic, also the chance to save one person from the opposite tribe. Oh, did we also mention beer? Yeah, Chapera wants this one.)

Six puzzle pieces are tethered to weights at the bottom of the sea. Once each person brings back all six, one at a time, they can put the puzzle, a boat, together. Once that's together, they have to row themselves to shore, where one tribesman will run into the jungle and release another set of oars tethered to a flag. Then it's a regatta back to the floating platform. Reward and immunity await the first tribe to do all that.

This one starts close as Rupert uses the base piece of the boat as a platform to take an early lead. The lead is lost after the puzzle is together, though. But Ethan of Mogo Mogo breaks his oar and shovels with the remnants, thus going to a tie at the shore. Ethan and Boston Rob race into the jungle in that order. Boston Rob is the first to come out, and he rallies his troops to a victory on the platform.

Again, the winner gets to choose one person from the loser tribe to save from Tribal TONIGHT. The smart one, the one that would have the feeling that Ethan has a giant target on his back, would save him. Chapera is not the smart one. They save Kathy, who, all things considered, is nothing more than a blip on the Mogo Mogo radar.

Oh, and Chapera's ride off the island? A luxury yacht, baby.

On the yacht...

Kathy's head hung in shame. She didn't want to go. She was shamed at the loss... but she loves the yacht. Everyone sucks but me, yeah. Big Tom likens this boat to a floating mobile home, and we realize that Tom's never really been out of country before.

Starting out with lunching and drinking, Kathy feels totally at home with Chapera. "They brought me in like I was one of their tribe members." She begins debating when she will defect to Chapera. Not if, when. Great, another set of people to totally backside.

The boat docks at an island oasis, crafted in the image of Mark Burnett, no doubt. A porter arrives conveniently with some desserts. The nine that Jeff promised back at the challenge. And we eat all of them. Meanwhile, Kathy notices that Chapera is having so much more fun than Mogo Mogo. Wonder when she expects to drop the bomb...

That night, it's golf and stuff, as the tribe displays their Tiger Woods skills... or absence thereof. Here's a tip. It's all in the follow-through. Boston Rob masters the follow-through... to the point where his club is in the drink. Oh well, Tom'll get it. Unless he gets fish with the "sophisticated" fishing gear on the boat.

Tom comes up with neither fish nor club.

Kathy sits with the Chapera women and spills all about the alliances back at Mogo Mogo, mainly the men versus the women. Alicia thinks Kathy is a strong woman but doesn't know if she is telling the truth or not. Guess we'll see next time, won't we?

Another fine day at the house of stone and light that is Chapera. Tomorrow, day 20.
