For 39 days, 16 castaways were stranded
in Asia. Every 3 days on the island became a 1-hour
show. The first contestant
eliminated pockets $2500. Each successive eliminated contestant
wins more money, through the next-to-last Survivor, who receives
$100,000. The final Survivor wins a million dollars!

When last we left the Outcasts, they were cleaning the clocks of both
Drake and Morgan tribes in an attempt to get back into the game they
were prematurely evicted from. Earlier that night, Shawn was
unanimously kicked out...while Osten whimped out. That leaves two
vacancies to fill, one in each tribe.
It was a dark and stormy night (literally) as six figures marched
towards the fire where they once met their doom beside. In comes
Nicole, Ryan S., Lill, Burton, Michelle and Trish to the Tribal Council
area. The last time each of them looked into Jeff Probst's eyes, it
was when he told each of them it was "time to go". Now they return
with big smiles, knowing that two of them were back in the hunt for the
million. It's a first: a tribe HAPPY to be at Tribal Council.
Michelle almost wet her pants when she learned she had a chance to get
back in but she admits that all she wanted was revenge. Jeff comments
on Ryan's "DIE, JERKS" bandana and Ryan says it was a motivation.
Burton says the key factor was an internal drive and teamwork.
Now comes the hard part. Each Outcast must plead his/her case about
why s/he should return to the game instead of the other five.
Nicole says she was voted out for being the "bad apple" and wants back
because her character, which is what got her kicked out first, will
really help the tribe.
Lill wants to prove to the SOBs (she actually said that) that she is as
tough as ever.
Trish never took her eye off of why she was here and she'll make sure
an Outcast wins the game.
Michelle knows they're all deserving, but putting the "sweet little
girl" back in the game will ensure the Outcasts' victory.
Ryan loves the game and has the heart for it and wants to prove it.
And Burton is very competitive and fought hard to win back the spots in
the game...and he swears not to lie to the other Outcast voted in.
It's time to vote. Each person will vote for two people (not including
themselves) on seperate parchments. The two with the highest votes go
back to the tribes. Ryan is first, followed by Burton (one of his
votes is Lill), then Trish (one is for Burton), Burton, Lill (Ryan),
Nicole and, finally, Michelle (Nicole).
Jeff reads the votes: Burton, Lill, Burton [2], Lill [2], Michelle,
Nicole, Ryan, Trish, Ryan [2], Nicole [2]. Whoever gets a third vote
out of the two remaining is back in. The eleventh vote: BURTON! So
(as I expected) Burton's back in the game. And the final vote: LILL!
So (ALSO as I expected), the den mother is back...and she's SHOCKED!
The two grab their torches and re-light them.
Unfortunately, Michelle, Nicole, "Skinny" Ryan and Trish are gone for
good, but they put their faith in their fellow Outcasts to make sure
they are represented at the final Tribal Council.
The Outcasts are, officially, no more. Lill and Burton are now back on
the original two tribes. But which one will which go to? Lill reaches
into a canister...and says "Oh, God, help me" as she draws her old
Morgan tribe. That means Burton is returning to Drake.
"Guys," says Jeff, "you have a second chance. Nothing to be said
except to make the most of it. It might be difficult reassimilating
back into these tribes again. That's why you'll be immune from the
vote at the next Tribal Council." With those words opf encouragement,
Lill and Burton depart for their new/old tribes.
It was feared at Drake that Burton would be the one returning. But,
when he DID return, it was to handshakes and good vibes. Drake started
to kiss up to Burton and apologized profusely for kicking him out...but
Burton played the "water under the bridge" hand to the hilt. He tells
the tribe he's happy to be back...but I'm sure the back of his mind is
laughing sinisterly.
Morgan welcomed Lill back in a similar matter. But, unlike Burton,
Lill didn't hide how she felt about being kicked out. Though she
didn't say it outright, everyone knew that most of her antipathy was
towards Andrew, having been betrayed by him. Andrew admits that it's
probably the worst night they've been out there...and, if Lill has
anything to say about it, it's going to get MUCH worse.
As stated, the Outcasts are no more...and so are my brief contributions
to these recaps. I leave Burton and Lill back in your hands, Gordon
and Chico...and may Davy Jones' spirit have mercy on your tribes'
souls! ARRRRRRRRRR!
