For 39 days, 16 castaways were stranded
in Asia. Every 3 days on the island became a 1-hour
show. The first contestant
eliminated pockets $2500. Each successive eliminated contestant
wins more money, through the next-to-last Survivor, who receives
$100,000. The final Survivor wins a million dollars!

OUTPLAY, OUTWIT...OUTCASTS!
Eighteen days on the Pearl Islands for Drake and Morgan tribes. The
ten remaining tribe members look forward to what has traditionally been
the merge period, where the two tribes end the war between them and
become one big (happy?) tribe fighting it out as individuals for the
million.
Over the last fortnight and four days, each tribe has evicted three of
their own from their beach heads. Pirates did this all the time, all
the way back to when Captain Flint shot everyone but Billy Bones to
defend his treasure. Most times, the abandoned pirates die a slow,
miserable death.
But, sometimes, they come back...dying for revenge!
As the tribes got their tree-mail, they were thinking that it would be
the one leading to the merge. But it wasn't even close. They had a
challenge to go to today, one which would reap great rewards...or cause
major consequences. Wondering about this, Drake and Morgan marched
their way to the challenge area, wondering what was going on.
And that's when Jeff Probst gave them the shock of a lifetime. He told
both teams, "Your past is coming back to haunt you!" In walk six
persons...who look sickingly familiar to both tribes. Thats because
they were the six voted off over the last 18 days:
NICOLE, the Morgan member that got her outfit wet and almost caused the
first episode to get a "TV-MA" rating, but was voted out just for lying
at the wrong time,
"Skinny" RYAN S., another Morgan member voted off because, apparently,
he couldn't pull his weight...even what little weight he brought to the
tribe (nice "DIE, JERKS" bandana, BTW),
LILL, the poor den mother who wasn't prepared for everyone feeling she
was too old and too weak to help Morgan advance,
BURTON, the first Drake member to fall simply because he made the idea
to throw the immunity challenge just to stop seeing the same idiotic
faces every day,
MICHELLE, who chugged down razor clam and octopus for the Drake tribe
and got a belching spell for the effort, but was kicked out because
Sandra couldn't out chug a Morgan member, and
TRISH, the latest to be booted from Drake simply because he wanted big,
fat, power-hungry Reuben out of the tribe.
Six people who didn't want to leave but were forced to by irate and
jealous tribe members. They have banded together, eating only small
amounts of rations to make things fair, to form the Outcasts, and they
are out to make their former tribe mates' wish Captain Flint had come
around to blast them. We will now discuss the similarities between
payback and a female dog.
Here's the deal. The challenge is the first three-way tribal challenge
in history. Drake vs. Outcasts vs. Morgan. One rescuer runs down to
the beach and grabs their tribal flag (Outcasts' are in a beautiful
deep purple). They dig their way into the first of three adjacent
cells and untie the one member tied up there. The two then must dig
into the second cell and untie two more members. They then take
sticks, tie them together and grab a key to unlock their way into the
third and final cage, where the rest of the tribe is. They use the
same tied-together pole to get the final key and unlock the final hole.
First tribe completely across the finish line with their flag wins.
Now here's what's at stake. If Morgan and Drake defeat the Outcasts,
the Outcasts crawl back into the cave they crawled out of to continue
their pitiful existence. However, if the Outcasts beat either team,
the beaten team goes to Tribal Council that very night and votes
someone out. The Outcasts then vote one of their own back INTO that
beaten tribe.
Oh, and if the Outcasts beat BOTH tribes...BOTH tribes vote somebody
out and the Outcasts vote one person into EACH tribe! One MORE thing:
the re-established Outcast(s) automatically receive(s) immunity from
the regular Tribal Council to give them a chance to re-integrate with
the tribe(s) and get back in the game.
All right, enough mouth-watering. Let's get to the Tri-Tribe
Challenge. For the Outcasts, Burton is the "Rescuer", Trish is tied up
in cage one and Michelle and Lill in cage two. Ryan S. and Nicole
patiently wait, shackled and chomping at the bit, in cage 3. Believe
it or not, the Outcasts are at a disadvantage, since they have to get
SIX people through while Morgan and Drake only need to get five.
On "go", Burton sprints out to a commanding lead, with Andrew and Shawn
in a close race for second. Burton grabs the flag and flies past the
other Rescuers. Shawn bridges part of the gap, though, making Burton's
job much tougher. Burton digs and digs and slips under the bars of
cage one to untie Trish. Shawn is on his heels, while Andrew lags
behind.
It's Drake, however, that gets untied first and starts digging into
cage two, getting into cage two first. Burton and Trish are not that
far behind, though. They dig quickly, shoving the skinnier Trish under
first. A bit more digging and Burton is through and they're both
untying Michelle and Lill. Morgan lags far behind...it's almost a
given that an Outcast will replace a Morgan member.
Now comes the hard part: gathering the sticks and making a pole to get
the key. Drake seems to be rushing to make a working pole, while the
Outcasts take their time to make something strong. Drake gets the key
first and work on unlocking their last member. The Outcasts slowly get
THEIR key and charge into the final cage. Morgan...barely finished
with their pole...and not a very strong-looking pole at that.
Then, the turning point arrives. Drake's pole breaks apart while
reaching for the key. They have to drag the pieces back in and re-tie
it. The Outcasts' pole, however, is still relatively strong. It bends
a bit as the retrieve the key, causing them to drop it and having to
use the pole to drag it to the cage. Morgan's pole breaks, Drake is
THIS CLOSE to the key again...but Lill grabs the key, Nicole unlocks
the cage...and the Outcasts win the Tri-Tribe Challenge!
Burton loves the revenge...but it didn't come easy. He feels sorry for
the ten "remaining" Survivors, since they haven't been voted off like
the Outcasts have. Well, guess what? Two of them WILL this night.
I'm sure the Outcasts were watching with great joy as Shawn got
unanimously voted off of Drake. As for Osten laying down his torch and
deliberately leaving Morgan, who knows? But one thing for sure: now
the Outcasts must vote only two of their six members back into the
game. Which two will they be...and which tribe will each one go to?!
