Previously on Survivor: The castaways were thrown for a loop when the six players voted out were put back into the game, returning as a third tribe of Outcasts. After a hotly contested reward challenge, the Outcasts got a chance to vote two players back into the game. The Morgan don't bother voting, as OT throws in the towel, setting the stage for the third Tribal Council tonight...

Kiefer Sutherland voiceover: The following takes place between night 19 and night 21.

Night 19: While the Drake get Burton from the reverse Tribal, we get...

Lill. And as soon AS we get Lill, we are reminded why we voted her out in the first place. Surely I will not be the first in saying that Lill does not have the capacity physically or psychologically to play this game. While the rest of the tribe is all huggy-feely, Savage realizes that he's in a bit of a spot. Remember way back when he promised Lill that he'd get back to her regarding Tribal Council, only to vote her out later?

Lill remembers. My GOD does she remember. "They are welcoming me, but they voted me off. I approached Andrew before, the first nine days I was on. He said to me, he would get back to me about Tribal Council. But, when it came down to the voting, he never did get back to me, which causes hard feelings and resentment."

I think Andrew may be in deep guano.

Day 20: Back to the old grind.

Lill resumes her duty as loyal and true wood and water fetcher, citing that the tribe has really fallen apart. You now have 10 seconds to try and figure out what's wrong from a strategy standpoint with that last sentence. Go.

And that's time. Correct answer: "No one should really be loyal in this game." But Lill presses on, as the tribe, in her eyes, officially becomes dead weight. Braaaaains... Braaaaaaaaaains! Sorry, House of the Dead moment (video game, not crappy movie). And, of course, it wouldn't be Morgan unless Andrew had something to say. "We killed ourselves to make it five-five going into the merge even. And then we go into the reward challenge yesterday and this happens... What the hell? That's okay, we welcome the curve balls. Bring 'em on. Let's see where we go next."

I'm waiting for Handy Andy to finish up here. Oh, he IS done? Oh, okay. Moving on.

Day 21: I could hear Taps playing in the background.

Ladies and gentlemen, the last pot of rice on Morgan Island. "Food has shifted from critical to dire. It's terrifying. Frankly I don't know what we're going to do." You know something... Andrew has been so busy delegating order, but have we seen him catch ANY food? Yeah, buddy. See that stick? See that sea. Catch something, or your outta here.

The Morgan meet the Drake for today's Immunity Challenge. Sandra over-embellishes on the amount of food that is currently being harvested over at Drake Island. Andrew, on the other hand, was not expecting a merge, not replete with a feast of not bountiful proportions. Well, you got rice and you gotta deal with it. Or do you?

"Once again, the game changes when you least expect it. Drop your buffs." Does this mean what I think it means? Yep, Morgan and Drake are no more, as merge creates a tribe of black to be named later. Also, the skull-and-battleaxe is replaced with the sword of doom for Immunity.

I-CHALLENGE: Keel Hauling

Players have to race under a bridge by swimming with an undersea rope, not to stop for breathing. Two qualifying heats are run, with the four winners of those heats moving to a five-lap free-for-all. Jon, Rupert, Burton, and Andrew win the heats and face each other in the immunity heat. It's a race between Rupert and Burton, with Burton winning by a razor-thin margin. Burton, since he is already immune, can pass that immunity to someone else. He has the rest of the day to think about it. Jeff gives Andrew a parting message as the tribe head over to Drake Island. "That buffet you were referring to? Waiting for you back at camp."

Later that day: And a bounty of food was had that day.

Ribs, fruit, cheese, and more, as we say goodbye Morgan and Drake, hello Balboa (in memoriam Rupert's snake). "From a morale standpoint, it made me think that I may get out of this place," Savage quips. On the other hand, Lill noted that for one moment, they were indeed one, but "this is where the game begins."

Indeed the game does begin, as both sides, Morgan and Drake, try to snatch up Lill as the swing vote. Jon and Burton try the sly "yeah, remember what they did" route, while Rupert just gives her the evil eye whilst talking to Andrew. Andrew made the fool mistake of trying to get Lill to let him know of her intentions. Gee, now where does THIS sound familiar?

And in a move not seen beforehand, Darrah gets ZERO face time. Yeah, she'll win this.

Night 21: Tribal council.

T notes that the merge could be a benefit or a detriment. Lill notes that she has been given more than just a second chance. Rhino can't note any of Drake's members because he doesn't know them well enough. Burton notes that he already has immunity, and passes on the sword of power to Rupert, meaning that Burton, Lill, and now Rupert are officially in the game until the end. One person won't be after tonight. It's time to vote.

Andrew: "LITTLE JOHN, you talk smack."

Jon: "(as the Macho Man) Ooh, yeah, Mr. Macho. Mr. SAVAGE, going down. Dig it?"

Christa: SAVAGE - "You're the biggest threat out here. Bye."

T: "JONNY FAIRPLAY, this one's for you. You're a trouble maker, you're very manipulative."

Clearly, a division:

Darrah: JON

Rhino: JON

Burton: SAVAGE

Rupert: SAVAGE

Sandra: ANDREW

And Jon is STILL doing that... thing. And the swing vote (meaning she had no procuring opinion) ...

Lill: ANDREW

By a count of six to four, Savage, the TRIBE HAS SPOKEN. Upon leaving, he makes yet another fool mistake by saying "Ryan, D, T, hang tough." Congrats, man. You just laid out the pecking order.
