So we have won every event. Big freaking deal.

I don't have to tell you what has happened in the past. We could win every single event, and somehow a member of Morgan will STILL win Survivor. I have no confidence in my team. Can't you tell?

I am just as confident in my team as I am in them looking for buried treasure. According to the first clue, we have to go past the beach to start digging the treausre. So where do we start digging? On the beach, of course. Sigh.

Rupert, who hopes that the treasure is booze, says that it wouldn't be on the beach because the water would have eroded it and taken it out to see. True, but I figured that it wouldn't be there because the clue TELLS you that it's not there. After trying to find our way to China by digging up half of the beach, we go back to our camp, where tree mail awaits us -

"Ever get that sinking feeling that you just can't stay afloat?
Is it the fault of a lazy crew, or a problem with your boat?
Can you bail out of trouble to steer the other way?
Will you get a good night's sleep? Or will possessions go away?"

That sounds nice and ominous. Uncle Jeffy tells us that we have 2 boats. Each boat has 6 pieces or cork in it. The objective is to capsize the other team's pair of boats by releasing the corks, which would make the other boat sink. The teams get buckets to get water out of their boat (or put water in the other team's boat) and they can use anything that they want to sink the boats. That comes into play later...

The winning team gets sleepwear, with a mattress, pillows and sheets. In addition, they would get another clue to the treasure chest - and don't forget that they can loot another item from the opposing tribe.

Jon decides that Sandra should sit out, because she is the weakest. Sandra turns around, takes offense, and says that Jon is the weakest guy, so he should sit out. Ladies and gentleman, we have our first catfight on the Drake tribe. After the skirmish, Jon says that Sandra won't be in the final four, but he needs to get rid of bigger threats first. Threats? This seems to be a repeat of Sook Jai starting to throw immunity challenges early to get rid of threats - and that came to ryally bite them in the end. Mark my words, if Jon attempts to get rid of Rupert this early and succeeds, that will spell the end of Drake and I will once again have a perfect record as Big King Zero in Survivor.

Eventually, Jon and Michelle sit out, and our tribe's boats converge on the boat with Osten, Tijuana and Lil. Rupert does something smart - not only does he use the pole to take out corks, he puts his own weight on the pole and tips one of Morgan's boat down long enough so that water starts seeping into the boat. Osten tries to stand up, but that weight only pushs more water into the boat and Osten goes down with the ship.

With only one boat left, this should be easy pickings - and it is, We use the exact same technique, and down goes the other vessel. We are now 5-0 in challenges, ad we get more goodies - and another shot of taking items from Morgan.

But what should we take? We once again get a split amongst the tribe. Rupert wants to be nice, but the other alpha males want to go for the lugular - just simply because if Morgan ever wins a challenge, they need to get their own items back first before going after Drake's stuff. That is a sound argument, which gets ok'd, but you can see the rift forming again between Rupert and everyone else. I really hope that they don't make the error of getting rid of him now, because they need his strength - more on that later.

The majority decides that they will go after the jugular - or should I say the water jug that they have. Christa this time is the emissary. This time, Tijuana greets Christa - the last person who greeted someoe in our tribe was Ryan S - and he's no longer there. Could this be a pattern?

Christa sees the pot - and sees that they have 2 of them. This makes her feel a little better, because she wants them to have at least one pot so that they can boil water without getting sick on any parasites in the water. She takes it and gets rid of the nasty blanket-looking thing that the other team put in there. She also is drilled for a million questions by the other team, who want to know more about the tribe (read - strategy), but Christa isn't buying what they are selling, and she leaves without really telling them anything.

The nex word belongs to the new tree mail -

Your flag holds tribe pride - never let it fall.
Select a friend to represent, choose the one most small.
You must also choose your strongest - on their shoulders your fate will rest.
Pure will in a game of fortitude defines this final test.

Well, that's easy for us. Rupert is strong guy, and Michelle is small woman. We go over to see uncle Jeffy, who explains that this test is to see how long we can hold each other, so to speak. Michelle, who will be dangling over the water, will be attached to a rope that is held on to by the rest of the teams. Every 5 minutes, a member of the team must let go of the rope, until only the strongest people are left. Whoever holds on the longest wins immunity for the tribe.

We sit out Trish...and Burton. Burton? Wha? I am guessing that we had to decide who to sit out before hearing about the challenge, because there is no way that they would do that otherwise. It turns out to be a non-issue. After 20 minutes only Rupert on our team is left holding the rope - and the person on the other team who is left is Osten. I think we will win - Osten has the 'quit' look in his eyes...

He didn't have it for the first 90 minutes though. We realize, that it's not only them who can quit - Michelle is getting cramped up there and Darrah (the woman on their team) is also feeling numb. No one does, though, and both men must get up to their feet. They do that and they still stay up there for another 30 minutes. Yikes.

We are at the 2 hour mark, and neither person iw going to quit. Uncle Jeffy then tells them that they have to finish this up, so Rupert and Osten, who have been on the ground, leaning on things, etc. must now stand up, with their ropes not touching anything. This now turns into a battle of who has the better upper torso, and Rupert wins this in a route. Osten lets go of his rope and we win again! This is the first time in Survivor where a team has gone 6-0, and nothing can stop us now!

Or can it? I still don't like what is brewing with Jon. He is crafty, and I can see him forming an alliance to get rid of Rupert. If it happens the next time out, then they may start going on a losing streak of their own, because you are not only cutting out the muscles, you are cutting out the heart and soul of the team.

Find out next week if the team continues to pull together - or if we slice our own throats.
