| SKATE PARK RULES: 1. All skaters must fill out a waiver form and have a registration card on file. All forms must be signed by your parent or legal guardian if you are 17 or under. 2. All skaters must wear the following protective equipment: a helmet, elbow and knee pads. Wrist guards are optional. 3. Skating is restricted to inside the fenced in area. 4. All injuries, whether major or minor in nature, are to be reported to the RIDE staff immediately. In the case of a serious injury, do not move the injured person and all skating on that ramp shall cease immediately. 5. All skaters must act in an orderly, safe and considerate manner while on the premises and in the skating area. 6. No �snaking�. Everyone is to wait his/her turn. Reckless or dangerous skaters will be requested to leave the skating area and the premises immediately. 7. All protective gear and equipment must be designed for skateboard and in-line skating and be in good condition. RIDE Extreme Sports Parks reserves the right to refuse to allow anyone to skate if their protective gear and equipment is not adequate. 8. No roller skates, scooters, alcohol, tobacco products or drugs are permitted in this facility. 9. Food or drink is allowed in picnic tables areas only. No food or drink on the ramps or skating area. Please throw your trash and plastic bottles in the cans provided. Help to keep YOUR skate park a clean and fun place to skate. 10. No children younger than 6 will be allowed in the skating area. 11. Proper language and music must be used at all times. Anyone showing disrespect or using or playing improper language will be asked to leave. |
