| I went to riverside skatepark in cedar rapids iowa. i went with jake smith and jessup. jakes mom drove us there. when we got to the skaee park the smell was just unbearable. The white building in the backround was an oatmeal factory. After adjusting to the smell (which i never fully did) i realized that this park wasn't all bad. They had a small box with a huge kink rail. A flybox with a square rail that went across and down. A three foot spine. Some quaters with gnarly kinks at the bottom. The park also afford an over sized five stair with two small circle rails on the sides and a big circle rail in the middle. I took some pictures of it but like i said i dont have a scanner. Another ramp they had was a weird spine ramp (see below) i tried to draw it out. It has a four foot side and a 5 1/2 foot side. The spine itself is four feet. Overall i think that this trip was fun, partly bacause jake was there. If i could go again i would. |
