| Cut & Paste 24 Hour Skate Video Contest Saturday, November 8th Real ledges. Real handrails. Real security guards. A real street contest. Cut & Paste is looking for skater/filmer teams.* Filmers will be given 24 hours to shoot footage of their teammate* at the spots of their choice. 5 finalists' videos will be screened and audience judged during the Cut & Paste Skateboarding Film Festival at the Oak Street Cinema on Saturday, November 15 at 3 PM. $100 prize goes to the "best" team. *Cut & Paste loathes the terms "team" and "teammates." Fucking jockos. Deadline for Registration: Friday, Nov. 7th Registration is $25 per team (includes two Cut and Paste t-shirts). Call (612) 207-3312 to register. Rules 1. Teams are limited to a maximum of two people, one skater and one filmer (non-registered skaters may not be included). 2. All footage must be shot, edited and returned within 24 hours of leaving the designated check in/out point. 3. Videos may not exceed 1 minute and 30 seconds (this includes credits and sound). 4. Videos must be finished on a VHS or a Sony mini DV tape. 5. Cut & Paste does not supply tapes, cameras, or editing equipment, so find someone that does. 6. Deadline to register is Friday, November 7th, 7 PM. Pay registration fee at check in.
