WREI Honors Former Girl Scout Leader
Hello All
This is the photo from the Troop's most recent invitation to partipate
in a Sudden Service. Girl Scouts that are familiar to you represented
the girls in the Council as they joined GSCNC Executive Director Jan
Verhageand Laurie Westley, GSUSA's Vice President for Government
Relations and Advocacy, at the Women's Research and Education Institute
dinner (WREI) on October 20th at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.
At the dinner, Marsha Evans, President of the American Red Cross and
former executive director of GSUSA, was honored with the American Woman
Award.
