.. if your troop plans to do any fundraising outside of product sales ... check your Volunteer Resource Book to make sure you are having your fundraiser at time they are permitted and don't forget to complete the Money-Raising form and forward to Vicki for approval!!! You must participate in both the Fall and Cookie Sales in order to fundraise on your own! |

.. Chastity is our camp consultant. If you're going camping (yes, once you've taken your camp training) for the first time check with her before you purchase any equipment .... our service unit has a nice supply of items. She can also help you with the completion of the necessary forms. You need her signature on these forms in order to reserve a campsite. Don't forget anytime you camp at a non-council site, an Activity Permission Form must be completed and sent to Vicki for prior approval. |
