| Troop 612 (Juniors) - Atco | ||||||||||||||

| Troop 612 is comprised of Juniors (girls in grades 5 & 6). We meet every other Friday in Atco. There are 10 girls in our Troop and 7 have been involved together since Daisies (Kindergarten). We have been working on our Bronze Award for the last 2 years and this June, 9 of us will receive the Bronze Award. ALSO: This June, we will all be bridging to Cadette Girl Scouts! |

| Our "End of Year" party for the 2005/2006 year was celebrated by going to the Creative Genius Art Gallery and Studio where we created 2 pieces of clay pottery and earned the Junior badge, "Ceramics & Clay". We also stopped by Freedom Park and viewed the "Moving Wall" Vietnam War Memorial. One veteran took questions and talked with us. He was very proud that the Girl Scouts came to visit the memorial and we were very proud to be there. Our Troop also posed for a picture with the Color Guard on duty. We are almost finished with the requirements for our Bronze Award and plan to received it in the 2006/2007 year. | ||||||||||||||
