HOW TO PLAY:
The first format involved two couples competing to guess what percentage of people who had been asked a trivia question answered that question correctly. After both couples locked in their guesses, the percentage was revealed. Whomever came closest to the percentage scored that many points. The couple could answer the question first or challenge the other couple to answer the question correctly and earn extra points based on the percentage of people who didn't answer the question right. If the first couple challenged and the other couple didn't answer right, the first couple's "closest to the percentage" score was doubled and they were given a chance to earn the remaining points out of 100 by answering the question right. For instance, if a question was answered correctly by 65% of those who were asked that question, the couple coming closest would score 65 points. They could answer the question themselves for another 35 points or try to earn another 65 points by challenging their opponents. If their opponents failed to come up with the right answer, the challengers scored another 65 points and could earn another 35 by answering the question correctly. The first couple to score 300+ points or guess a percentage exactly won $300 and played the bonus round.

In the first bonus round, the couple selected a "target percentage". The couple was asked a survey question and was shown 3 answers, only one of which wasn't said by anyone in that poll. The couple selected the answer which they thought was the most popular response of the three and scored points based on the percentage of those who gave that answer. However, if at any time the couple selected the 0% answer for any question, the round was over. They may stop at anytime and take $10 a point. If the couple managed to evade those 0% answers and score 100+ points, they won $2,500. Also, if the percentage for any answer selected by the couple matched the target percentage, they won a jackpot worth $25,000 with another $1,000 added each day until won.

Later, the jackpot was moved to the front game and was won by guessing the exact percentage of people who answered a question correctly. This was due to malfunctions in the "target percentage" display for the bonus round.

In the second format, two contestants answered questions and scored points based on the percentage of those who didn't give the right answer, from 10-100 by 10s. Three categories were displayed, one category for each player and a Potluck category. A category was selected at random and the player representing that category chose the point value (10-100 by 10s) for the question and was given the first opportunity to answer that question. If Potluck came up, it was a buzz-in question. Every two questions, two new categories would accompany the Potluck category. The first player to score 250 points won the game. If nobody scored 250 points after 10 questions, a series of 50-point toss-ups were played until a champion was crowned.
In the bonus round, the player (usually accompanied by a relative, friend, or spouse) was shown a list of six answers to a survey question, one of which was a 0% answer. Selecting that answer ended the game. Selecting the other five, one at a time, won $1,000 and a prize package. The player may stop at anytime and take $10 a point.

"DURING THE NEXT 30 MINUTES, INTUITION COULD WIN OUR PLAYERS ($25,000 (later $10,000) + $1,000 a day until won) BECAUSE...IT'S TIME TO CHALLENGE EVERYBODY'S KNOWLEDGE! IT'S TIME TO..."
