Profile:    Dr. Williams graduated in the top 10% of his class at the imperial University of Medicine.  He acceled at injury and ailment diagnosis and biology.  He served his internship aboard the Star Destroyer "Devestator" until he was arrested and incarcerated for drug use and intoxication while on duty.  After the Battle of Endor, Dr. Williams was Freed by Republic agents.  With no love for the Empire, Dr. Williams agreed to train at a Republic facility.  However he was once again caught while under the influence of drugs and alcohol and was then admitted into the newly formed New Republic Rehabilitation and Treatment Center on Coruscant.  His previous assignment was serving as medical advisor/triage medic aboard the medical frigate "Taravk".
