All Spiritist practices are free of charge, following the orientation of the moral principle found in the Gospel: "Give for free what you receive for free". Spiritism is practiced without any exterior ritual, and only within the Christian principle that God should be worshiped in spirit and truth. Spiritism does not adopt or use in its services or practices any of the following: special vestments, alcoholic beverages, incense, tobacco, altars, banners, candles, processions, talismans, amulets, sacraments, the promise and paying of penances, horoscopes, fortune telling with cards or sea shells, pyramids, crystals, rituals or any other form of exterior cult. |
