On alternating Saturdays and Sundays, general gatherings are held, either at the meeting place or in members� private homes.

Sunday meetings are devoted to prayer and reflection which are led by one of the attending members. On Saturdays discussions, debates, videoforum, welcome meetings, mail replies, letter and article readouts, book reviews, and so on are held.

Newcomers are welcome, their particular situation is carefully analysed and support is provided. Some people come to us with personal problems, others with small religious conflicts and some who just need to talk to someone. From the very first moment, we aim to create an agreeable climate to facilitate confidence and encourage communication. In all cases, guests are given the opportunity to join freely and to get involved as desired.

Occasionally, retreats are organised and parties are celebrated on significant holidays and festivities.

We publish a quarterly leaflet, which provides information, reports and opinions. It is sent to Cohesi�n�s members and helpers, as well as to individuals and associated groups within Spain and foreign groups with whom we exchange publications.
