| Jupiter Mourns Jupiter mourns, the passing of her moons As she begs to the Gods to save her from her gloom She counts the countless stars up in the sky She tells them not to worry, not to cry Don`t you believe a word she tells you! Dont you believe a word she says! Dont you believe a word she tells you! Shes putting shit inside your head! Jupiter Loves, the colors of the dawn As her poisonous clouds consume the very of Sun She blames it on the makers of the sky She swears that shell be there for their demise Dont you believe a word she tells you! Dont you believe a word she says! Dont you believe a word she tells you! Shes putting shit inside your head! |
| Song Background I just talk a lot about Astrology and Gods. I've read alot on Greek and Roman Gods when I was younger. It seems interesting to me to blend things together at times rather than write only on one theme. I first started experimenting with different tunings at the time when I wrote this song. It is really the first song where I felt really confident in my voice (where I actually noticed improvement in range.) So I always liked this song. At one point being in Thomas' garage I was singing it, and Mario (who hadn't seen me in months and was going to try out for the band) said " you got better." I told him he was stoned. -Brian- |
