While landscaping Karen's property - where Karen and Ron contemplated having their wedding - I pause and think that Ron, too, is somehow enjoying the changes, particularly the addition of Karen's garden pond where the wild beasties arrive daily to quench thirst, feast, bathe and reflect. I was fortunate in "knowing" Ron...for only a short period of time...in his life.....however, felt I was a lifelong friend....and still feel that way..
