Bullet Trains
In Japan, Maglev trains, also known as bullet trains, are an efficient means of transporting large numbers of people. These special trains do not travel on wheels. Instead, magnets with very strong magnetic fields enable them to glide over the surface of the motorail track at speeds of about 200 kilometres an hour. Bullet trains are free from pollution and provide passengers with a quiet ride.
Cabinlift
In Germany, the Cabinlift provides linkages between groups of buildings by means of rail tracks. It provides passengers with a smooth and quiet ride and is free from pollution. It can be used in all types of weather conditions and operates without a driver. A maximum of twelve passengers can be seated inside.
