PMS Symptoms(How to know if you have it)
PMS stands for premenstrual syndrome which is changes that take place in a womens body before she starts her period. Many women mistake these symptoms as a medical problem but then she finds out that its only PMS. The symptoms may include:

Extra energy

Lack of Energy

Sudden changes in mood

Tension or anxiety

Depression

Feelings of well being

Bursts of creativity

Craving for sweets

Pimples, acne, or other skin problems

A clear rosy glow to skin

sexual feelings

Runny Nose and mouth sores

Back  Ache

Vision disturbances

Diarrhea/ constipation

Swelling of the, wrists, ankles, hands, feet

Bloating

Sweeling / puffeness in the breasts

Swelling of the abdomen

Temporary weight gain

Decreased/ increased ability to concentrate

increased/ decreased appetite

Cramps

Increased need to urinate

Urinary infections

Change in vaginal discharge


If a woman has any more than to of these negative changes above during the 7- 10 days before her period, than she may have PMS.
