Cramps are felt in the lower abdomen, lower back, and thighs. When you have cramps you may feel discomfort, sharp sudden pains, bad aches, or just a feeling of pressure. There are many ways to relieve cramps. You can use a hot water bottle or a heating pad or you can take some medications. Some good medications to take midol, pamprin, motrion, advil, tylenol, Prymsin, and some stores have thier own. Many of these medications are multi- symtoms. Which would also help with many PMS Symtoms.
