When you are close to your period you may notice some clear watery stuff on your underwear. This is called Vaginal Discharge. It appears before your period. Your Vaginal Discharge may be clear or white. As it dries on your underwear, it may be slightly yellow. Don't worry! You are perfectly normail. It is a sign that you are growing up.
Vaginal discharge is your bodies way of keeping your vagina clean and healthy. It is when the vagina sheds dead cells to keep it clean and healthy. At times the discharge and clear and sticky, and at other times it may be white or creamy, thick or and pasty.This is perfectly normal.
If your discharge turns green or yellow, has a strong odor, your vagina is itchy and red, or is unusually heavy you may have an infection and you need to see your doctor.
