GRAND FORKS, ND Former UND women's basketball player Becky Moen was named the North Dakota state winner of the prestigious NCAA Woman of the Year award announced recently by the NCAA.
Moen, who left UND as the third all-time leading scorer in the program's history, will be honored at a dinner held Nov. 1 in Indianapolis.
