| We also used a Simplicity pattern for the cape. It is made of white velvet with a white lining. It hangs to the floor and is held together in the front by two hidden hooks. The hood is made of the same chiffon fabric as the outer layer of the dress. The chiffon also runs down onto the shoulders and blends with the velvet. | ||||||||||||
