Here is a snopsus of where we are.--- To let you know where we are, it goes like this.... Becky and I have managed to pass the 18 year mark, like forever.... Our oldest girl (Meagan) is 14, a freshman in high school, boy, this is a challenge. We also have twin girls (Heather and Heidi) that are 12. My plan is to get a large garage built before they get any older. I need a place of refuge every once in a while. Becky is working here as an interior designer in town. At least she is spending someone else's money. I'm a Quality Engineer for Musco here in Muscatine. If I back roll the whats and wheres we have been, it goes like this (newest to oldest); Vickers Hydraulic Pumps, Omaha, Quality Engineer, (now being closed by Eaton Corp.) U.S. Leather, Omaha, Operations Manager, (now closed and moved to Texas) Morton Automotive, Ogden UT, Quality Engineer (auto air bag inflator mfg.) JI Case, Wausau WI, Supplier Quality (plant closed and consolidated) Douglas and Lomason - Red Oak IA, Bloomington IL, Columbus NE, Automotive Seating Mfg. That's about it. The list seems shorter when you type it like this, the resume looks like we moved a lot more than this, oh well. We've been here about 2 years and plan to stay at least until the girls all get done with high school. We seem to have gotten fairly well adjusted by now. Meagan has had the longest adjustment but I think we're finally there. We'll see how next year goes as all of them will be in the same building and the school here uses block teaching. Only 4 classes a day, twice as long, twice the homework when you have it. Some good things, some not so good. It all hinges on what combination of classes you draw each quarter. That's the bulk of the easily typeable news. Fill me in when you get time. Look forward to seeing you in July. My day time e-mail is [email protected].
