The Group for Good was started August 31st, 2005 with the intentions of improving the quality of life on planet Earth. It all began with a discussion between me (James Wolverton) and my coworker (Lary Dean) about various hardships that people endure that are pointless, undeserved, and easily remedied. We both shared memories of similar conversations with others, and wished that there was something more we could do to make the world a better place to live. During our conversation we hit upon the point that the state of the world is created by all of humanity and their actions. Each person contributes their own part, be it larger or smaller, to the way the world is. We thought it sad that most people believe they cannot change the world, when the truth is that you cannot help but change the world with every action you take.
