To make your deposit using Western Union, simply visit your local Western Union office and make your deposit using one of the two options below. To locate the nearest Western Union office call 1-800-325-6000 or go to www.westernunion.com

1. If you reside in the USA, please use the following option:

Note: Western Union Quick Collect payments will not be accepted from the US

2. If you reside outside the USA, please use the following option:
Use the Western Union Quick Collect Payment and include the following information on the Quick Collect Form:

Code City: Swiss American, AQ
Sender's Information: Your Personal info
Sender's Account # With Payee Company: EFS1817901
Reference Number: Your Customer ID #
Attention: EFS Caribbean

Note: The "Code City" is our electronic address. Without it, we will not receive the payment.

IMPORTANT
Once the Western Union payment has been made, you must immediately email [email protected] with the following information:
  • Your name
  • $ Amount of W/U Money Transfer
  • Date sent
  • Customer ID #
  • Money transfer control # (MTCN# generated by W/U)


    • W/U Money Transfer & Quick Collect payments will be processed Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (EST)
