TALK AND WRAP TIMES
|
Hopefully everyone has taken a look at the stats and noticed the talk times and wrap percentages were very high. All but 5 of you have average handling times above the allowed 6.5.
I just wanted to notify everyone that starting Monday March 22, I will be enforcing the AHT overage rules. the rules are as follows:
- first day over 6.5: communication
- second consecutive day over 6.5: communication
- third consecutive day over 6.5: EAF .25 points
- each consecutive day after: EAF .25 points
this pattern resets once you hit under 6.5 for AHT.
I'm sure all of you have the ability to get your AHT down. And as always, keep an eye on the Team Page!
