We May Mourn,
But We Shall Never Forget!
We are a resilient people. We are standing firm as the last of the rubble of the World Trade Center has been cleared away! The Taliban has been removed from power. Yet there is still more to be done.
I remember the day the clean up began, when everyone full of pride raised American Flags everywhere. The manufacturers could not keep up with the demand for flags.  The American Spirit had been attacked and we were waiting for the President to show us what we, the people,  were going to do. His leadership as a new President was needed and we all were out for blood.

I remember sitting in front of the television as the horror unfolded. Watching the replays of people jumping from the WTC towers to try to avoid being engulfed in flames, watching the video of the second tower being struck by the aircraft. But here we are a mere 10 months after the attacks.  Have we really moved on? Do we still have the same quality of life we once had? The answers to these questions can only be answered by YOU!
I pause to think and reflect on that September Day, remembering the horror of it all. Then I reflect on how the American Spirit of Love , Caring, and Generosity, we as a nation, showed. And so to this day I now know without hesitation that there are angels among us; some of those are ones we can see, while others we just feel are watching over us.
Now you have seen this tribute page and there is one more for you to look at. Just click on the picture of the towers of lights and you will be transported to a special and very moving tribute. I would if I were you be prepared to cry and to feel emotions that you have tried to hide. When I first saw it I knew I had to have a link for that page.  May God Bless All Those That Have Lost Loved Ones On September 11, 2001.
