I have FINALLY finished school with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Virginia and will have my diploma in hand in the first week of January. I'll be starting a new job on January 2nd at a Public Relations firm in Washington, DC and am terribly excited.
Micha has just finished his second year at Sytech, and is still going strong. He's been having a blast with our new digital camera, as you can see.
The other big excitement is the 2002 VW New Beetle, that Micha surprised me with for Christmas. I was absolutely shocked. I had wanted one since they first came out---automatic transmission, green, with a sunroof. And that's EXACTLY what Micha bought.
It's the first brand new car either of us has ever had, and there are all kinds of fun things, like power windows and locks, remote-controlled keyless entry, and all the people that turn and look at us when we drive by. The license plate has been ordered and will be GROOO-V.
