inu-yasha anime | pointless and biased yelling

inu-yasha anime is here! ...okay, so it's not exactally legally in the u.s. right now...but...maybe it will be later in this year or the next. =) now wherever you find it it's done by an "independant anime subtitler"(aka bootleg). right, here's where i start yelling and screaming...what the fuck is up with the character designs?! ahh! kikyo looks like she's drunk! this isn't anime! argh! >_o my eyes are twitching! i can't believe this! inu looked sooooooo freaking perfect in the manga! rumiko takahashi's a great artist! none of the other anime from her manga has been this distorted! ahhhh why did they have to pick inu-yasha?! it's even done by a different company than most of the other anime! ahhhhh i am going to explode!

cretins that don't appreciate good j-music | your point of view is stupid and everyone hates you

there's so much good j-music out there that nobody knows about! some people don't even know who sings what...it's so disgraceful. =\ this really isn't a rant, it's just something telling people to wake the fuck up...here's a little list of some of the good (imho) j-bands/artists out there.

1. maaya (often spelled ma-aya) sakamoto - sang opening theme(kiseki no umi/sea of miracles)from RoLW
2. yuko sasaki - sang (i think this is right, but dun quote me) a song from himiko den entitled 'pure snow'
3. megumi hayashibara - everyone that knows anime knows megumi hayashibara. if you don't, you obviously have had some kind of brain disease.
4. x-japan (or x japan) -some of the titles of their songs make people emotionally disturbed (hehe...uh...*cough*), seeing as they're entitled things like 'stab me in the back' and 'i'll kill you,' but they're not heavy. erm, not heavy as in comparison to something like nin or korn...if you've listened to classical all your life...uh...everything's heavy...some good fun for you...
5. arai akino - sang a very pretty song from please save my earth, called 'time of gold flowing.' ^-^ i get warm fuzzies just thinking about it.
6. hysteric blue - a great j-pop band! i love them! ahhhh! they sing this really cool song entitled 'dear' (hmm..yuko sasaki has a song called 'dear' too...i'm sensing a trend) that has a lot of interesting distortion. it reminds me of the 80's synthesizers, for some reason. *sniff* i miss my 80's brit pop...
7. every little thing - every little thing sings the prettiest song. =) it's called 'graceful world.' my new favorite j-pop song. ^-^
