Subject: PROJECT LITTLE FOOT MESMER
Outline: Project Little Foot Mesmer (L.F.M.) is a top secret level project to create physically small (1 ft. 2 in.- 2 Ft 0in. tall, 2 lb. 0 oz.- 2 lb. 8 oz.) infiltration operatives. Said operatives shall be proficient in controlling thoughts and actions of selected targets. L.F.M. is to be initiated August 1, 1950 at top secret location Area 51 in Nevada desert. Operatives code named GRONKEYDOODLES (Gronks). Gronks are the creation of scientists utilized during Manhatten Project and leading genetic physicists from the United States and Europe. All participants have been granted the necessary security clearances (see attached forms). Initial Budget request of $100 Million has been approved by United States Congress (May 13, 1946)
Gronks shall be engineered from genetic material confiscated in Berlin in 1945. It has been confirmed the material was collected by German operatives between 1939 and 1941 in the following locations: Northern Europe, Puerto Rico and Canada. Genetic material was taken from the following: fairies (N. Eur.), chupacabra (P.R.) and sasquatch (Can.). Original purpose of said genetic material is unknown. Necessary facilities in Nevada Desert have been constructed and shall be opened on schedule August 1, 1950. Secondary facilities at Wright Field (Dayton, Ohio) to be known as Hangars 17 and 18 are on stand-by for training of Gronks.
Gronks shall be trained in mind control techniques designed to combat enemies of the United States in general and the Soviet Union in particular.
