Enclosed is a copy of my parking citation.

It states that I was parked at 4224 Lincoln Bl, Marina del Rey on 03/16/06 at 03:34 PM. The violation is for stopping between 3 to 7 PM.

The citation was issued in error because the area where I was parked in front of 4224 Lincoln is not covered by a 3 to 7 PM no stopping sign.

See the attached photographs of the signs in front of 4224 Lincoln Blvd. Marina del Rey. I have been parking between 3 and 7 PM in this area for five years and have never gotten a ticket and have never seen anyone with a parking ticket while parked there between 3 and 7. I talked to the employees in the store at 4224 Lincoln Blvd and they stated that there was no 3 to 7 restriction in front of their store.
