Sole Parmesan


1 Pound fresh sole fillets
1/4 Teaspoon seasoned salt
2 Tablespoons butter
1/2 Cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 Cup light mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons chopped green onions
Dash paprika

Arrange fish in a 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Dot with butter. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave high (100%) for 2 minutes. Blend parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and onions. Spread cheese mixture over fish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave high (100%) for 2-3 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.

This recipe may also be used for Orange Roughy and Cod. First cooking period must be lengthened to 4 minutes - second cooking period to 3 minutes.
