Sauteed Flounder or Sole


1 pound fresh Flounder fillets or Sole fillets
1 tablespoon butter
Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 fresh Lemon
Salt and Pepper

Melt butter in skillet at 250 degrees. Dredge fillets in seasoned bread crumbs. Place fillets in skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Turn and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer. Squeeze fresh lemon over fillets. Season with salt and pepper. Remove fillets to hot serving plate. Serve immediately.
