Grilled Salmon with Creamy Mustard Sauce


4 Salmon Steaks
4 tablespoons Butter, melted
Salt and Pepper

Grill salmon steaks 5 minutes per side if one inch thick and 8 minutes per side if one and a half inch thick. Brush with melted butter to keep salmon from becoming too dry. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with Creamy Mustard Sauce.

Sauce:

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup warm water

Combine all ingredients and chill one hour before serving.
