Cod Fish Creole
2 tablespoons Butter Combine butter, onion, celery, green pepper and seasoning in 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Microwave Med-High (70%), for 3-4 minutes or until onion is partially cooked. Arrange fillets in seasoned butter with thick edge toward outside of dish. Spoon soup over fillets. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave High (100%) for 7-8 minutes or until fillets flake easily. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
