Slimming Turkey-Fruit Salad
1/3 Cup plain low-fat yogurt For dressing: in small container combine yogurt, mayonnaise or salad dressing, honey, orange peel, and salt. Cover and chill til serving time. For Salad: in 2-quart serving bowl, combine turkey or chicken cubes, orange sections, banana slices, strawberry halves, and celery slices. Cover and chill up to 2 hours. Before serving: arrange lettuce leaves on inverted on small plate or saucer. Mound turkey and fruit mixture in center. Pour dressing over each salad. Makes 4 servings, 255 calories each.
