Slimming Turkey-Fruit Salad


1/3 Cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 Tablespoon mayonnise or salad dressing
1 Tablespoon Honey
1/2 Teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
1/8 Teaspoon salt
2 Cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
2 Medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 Small banana, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 Cup fresh strawberries, halved
1/2 Cup sliced celery
Lettuce Leaves

For dressing: in small container combine yogurt, mayonnaise or salad dressing, honey, orange peel, and salt. Cover and chill til serving time.

For Salad: in 2-quart serving bowl, combine turkey or chicken cubes, orange sections, banana slices, strawberry halves, and celery slices. Cover and chill up to 2 hours.

Before serving: arrange lettuce leaves on inverted on small plate or saucer. Mound turkey and fruit mixture in center. Pour dressing over each salad.

Makes 4 servings, 255 calories each.
