Seven Minute Frosting


2 egg whites, unbeaten
5 Tablespoons water
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon corn syrup

Place all ingredients into double boiler. Beat with wire whisk until well mixed, place over boiling water. Beating constantly, cook seven (7) minutes or until frosting stands in peak. Remove from the water and add vanila, then beat til thick enough to spread.
