Two Bean Chili
1 pound Ground Beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (28 oz) can Whole tomatoes, undrained, cut into pieces
1 (15 1/2 oz) can Mexican style chili beans, undrained
1/4 teaspon garlic powder
1 (15 oz) can New Orleans Style Kidney Beans, undrained
1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce
2 teaspoons Chili Powder
1/8 teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
In a 4 quart saucepan or dutch oven, brown beef and onion; drain. Add remaining
ingredients; simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until flavors are blended. Garnish with
cheese.
Makes 10 (1 cup) servings.
