Manwich Roll Ups


2 pounds Ground Beef
1 (27 1/2 oz) can Manwich
1 cup water
4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
24 medium to small flour tortillas
1/2 cup wesson Oil
Sour Cream

Cook beef until it loses redness, drain fat. Add manwich, water and 1 cup shredded cheese. Simmer 5 minutes, keep warm. Heat oil in large skillet. Dip tortillas one at a time in hot oil only 2 to 3 seconds. Turning once. Drain on paper towel. Place 1/4 cup filling down center of each tortilla, fold both sides over to enclose. Sprinkle each with cheese and top with sour cream.

Makes 24 roll ups.
